Personalized GlowTrack orders
The delivery estimate starts on the date you confirm your personalized design, not on the date your order is placed. The time used to prepare your design and wait for your confirmation is not included in the delivery estimate. Once your design is confirmed, the applicable delivery estimate shown for your destination begins.
Duties & Taxes All applicable duties and taxes are included in your checkout price. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. If a courier or customs authority unexpectedly requests payment of any charges, please contact us at info@petpetbig.com with valid proof and we will assist you.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can monitor your parcel's progress.
